Actually, making marinara with about 7 lbs, so that should make 7 quarts, and the rest will be canned. The latter will happen tomorrow. And yes, they will be blanched and peeled for both processes.

I have about 2 lbs that are not ripe, so as they do, we'll just use them in cooking or salads.
