On the good side of things, we got a bunch of different cuts of venison from a co-worker of my husband...bless him! I've been cooking it in different meals for almost a week and a half now! LOVE IT! I know some of you hunt out there so I want to ask what your favorite ways of preparing it are. We have ground, steak, tenderloins and a roast. I am trying the roast in the slow cooker today with potatoes, onions and apples in a beef broth concoction I mixed with bouillion, worcestershire, soy and a wee bit of cola. I was told that it tends to be tough so I beat the crap out of it first!
