While I do understand the food issues I feel it better that those who make "safe" foods label and all other is buyer beware. See I would not want to label my food as say "contains no nuts" When I don't know for sure that some of it may not have been in contact with equip used for processing nutz.

where is the play? can we carpool?
Tacoma and yes, road trip time!
No way -- too risky.Oh for goodness sakes people just bring something yummy and tell us what it is. Simple. Dont' worry about those who have food allergies. We'll choose wisely from dishes made by those like us. That is all.
Quote: Yes that is the one I have - and it is bishing (b i t c h i n g) !!!
I should have used the term "circulated" instead of "forced" - you want one with a fan
I think it's easy enough to add water. I move the lid a little and pour it in.
I will say -- I am not nearly as strict about humidity and temperture as folks I read about. A hen, leaves her eggs almost every day, for 10 to 30 minutes. During that time, eggs cool off and their humidity changes, but eggs still hatch. Nobody tells the hen on day 18 that it is time for "lock down" and she is no longer allowed to move off the eggs.
I get a 90% hatch rate from my eggs.
Quote: Works great for me too! Have had great hatches in it. I have a whole set up for adding water at lockdown without opening the lid. It is a great bator for the price. I still will choose a broody over an incubator though. Lol!

And From another perspective. While I am lucky and have no known food issues. I try to pass on the "special " foods. See I have no issue eating such items and like to try them. BUT because normally there is a limited amount I will pass in my own attempt to help there be plenty for those who do NEED these special foods because there is usually plenty of other food for us lucky people. Just my opinion !!
The play is in Olympia. There is one more spot in my car, currently Honeysuckle Hills and Terrorbird are going.
edited to add - all spots are full![]()
