I have a whole sale account with welp. the best way to put the processing thing together would be for me to place an order for everyone interested so the chicks would mature and be ready to butcher at the same time.

we could also do a class around culling older birds and roosters.

I see you also have pigs and beef... Do you ever do butchering classes for those? I know it sounds weird but I would love to learn how.

I will occasionally do a scald and scrape on a whole hog for parties, but regular processing on pigs and cows goes to the butcher.
