She works with my mom!! Amy? I heard they are great birds!
Hey, if in the long-off-future you have Dorking trios to sell, please let me know- I think they're cool.
I'm looking at small/medium traditional terriers for several reasons, but rodent control is high on the list;
I'm getting a half dozen silver gray Dorkings in about 3 weeks! There's a breeder in Tacoma. . .
The terriers; some can be trained to be good with birds, if not totally trustworthy. They are after all, Terriers, Mine is a treasure for chasing off predators. She doesn't bother the birds much! I think it's more playing - she puts her nose on them to make them jump.

Hey, we'd be very pleased if you and missus Fog can visit. Perhaps on your coup tour, you could find a little extra time?!!?!?!?
Quote: It depends on the dog, and the training, and the amount of supervision; my cousin's German Shorthair has started herding his free-rangers (we've had two different, unrelated, GSPs who decided they were cow dogs; you never can tell).
I'll have to reinforce/ make a buried boundary my yard fence before I can get any terrier, of course: can you imagine the fun they'll have in this sand?
Haha! I can imagine!
