I definitely see the comb... But where are you seeing wattles? I'm a noob who only physically found the crop last night so I could totally be missing it ;-) but he's only 3-4 weeksLooks like a roo to me comb and wattles pinking up!
I have a bale of Rioobies tea..........so sweet and awesome, but I have to be in the mood for it.That jasmine tea sounds wonderful! I'll take mine with a smidgen of honey, or maybe you'd like to join me for some rooibos with fresh grated ginger in it? I make it in a french press.
With all this talk of tea, I must show off my new $2.99 acquisition from Goodwill. I've been looking for a replacement kettle since I left mine on the stove a few months ago and burned it up, warping the bottom. The one DH bought at Big Lots had such a flimsy bottom it made metal pinging noises when it heated up- not a proper kettle. This one has a nice thick base
I'm off to make some rooibos- can't decide if I want to make a batch with those tiny rose buds for the rose petal flavor, (still have some in freezer from Oly Co-Op's bulk section) or fresh grated ginger. Love hot tea on a cold day!

DUH I agree !Sheesh - maybe you could tape a note to the box that says "bring back the carton for a re-fill'.
Nifty!Have to show you my new tea pot I got last week. Little shop near here has weekly specials and I got this one for $2.00 I could not resist.Glad to be of help; it's a great locally-owned store, and although I'm glad I can go and smell the ambiance, they do a roaring mail-order business in both teas and tea paraphernalia. I was going to point out that there's at least one dynamite tea place in Missoula, but driving US12 to get there isn't exactly a short trip, is it? It has the advantage of not having to deal with 90 across the interminable emptiness of Lincoln County (better in the daytime than at night, when the fact that there's fifteen minutes with no visible residential nor business lights gets sort of eery).![]()
not such great pics my wrist is acting up with this hot and cold running weather.
You are all being hard to get along with .......YA KNOW ?????????????????
ANYBODY GOING TO THE CHICKEN SHOW DOWN SOUTH???
If you look at the first pic of him, the very back corner of his beak right below that you see a little pinkish tab of flesh that will grow out to be his wattles when he is full grown. Hope this helpsI definitely see the comb... But where are you seeing wattles? I'm a noob who only physically found the crop last night so I could totally be missing it ;-) but he's only 3-4 weeks
