Chicken lavender color is a grey. It's lighter and smoother than blue

Hey everyone! Just managed to sit down for lunch before heading out to work some more. Sorry I've been MIA. My van's wheel bearing went out and then somehow the hub broke and we almost lost a wheel. So my life had been twice as busy because I've had to drive my fiance around while going to work.

My aunt contacted me yesterday about going in to tractor supply and picking up some chicks with her. She wanted to get three so she could have three new hens but then I reminded her that they send both so now I don't know what she is going to do. She can't have roosters and she wants pullets and I don't think she could process them. I've been considering getting some chickens. I know I've been saying that I worry about the neighbors and the fact that we rent this place. But the neighbor to the right of us has a rooster who is vocal at random times of the early morning and day.

We've just been so busy spring cleaning and selling off these mealworms and dealing with other business I haven't really had a chance to get on.

That little one with the extra fluffy cheeks in the bottom left photo it looks like an owl! Absolutely adorable!

Thank you!!! It is an Americauna and I wish that it kept its fluffy owl looks past the chick stage.... doubt it but enjoying it while I can.
