My birds like the dogs. The cats, well usually it's a mutual ignore. I do have a few hens that will attack the cats. This silver ameraucana hen really has a chip on her shoulder about the cats. This is her threatening Leia who is totally ignoring her. Which of course irritated the bird to no end. Yes the cat and hen are about the same size. Leia is tiny.





Size difference of the cat. Luke is her large brother there. He weighs in at 12+ pounds. Leia is 6 something pounds.

Me thinks I will not upload all our cats as we have 8 total

5 are house cats. We also have a old Shasta 21-24ft trailer in relative decent shape that we are raising
3 feral kitty's one is close to a year the other two where born in the Shasta of a feral mother of all three that we released back to her boyfriend after we moved form Shelton
in October that is a long story of it's own.

We will create a cat door for them to go in an out as soon as all three are a bit older as our Shepard loves the cats and will care for them
as they come out to hunt the moles.

Is anyone going to the Washington Feather Fanciers Spring show March 19? Do you know of any silkie breeders who might be there that have anything available?

I know I will not make that but am going to make the poultrypulooza sp in March. On another note I was able to be buy the stall pellets today so three bags of them two new bales of shavings all went down in the run today chickens are out having a major party, I have decided to put up a smaller geodesic dome as a another coop I will get 6 bard rocks pullets for it then as all my others start molting about the same time I can still supply eggs as my bards are my best favorite chickens, they lay every day there are clean happy birds easy to keep jmho.

I'm headed to the NW Washington Flower and Garden Show tomorrow! So excited! Has anyone here been before? This is my first.
