Funny of the day...and seems our hurricane has ended....so far, Einstein has decided it is a fine time to get on the extension ladder and clean out the rain gutters !!! And they say I am weird !

Why did the Pepsi executive get fired? He tested positive for Coke.

giggle guffaw....... Rain just came back neighbor just brought me
a duplicate of my greenhouse both 6 x 8 so will make it 6 x 16
trading eggs for 1 year 1 dozen a week 160.00$

I just made hard boiled egg with 1/4 a lemon in the water
it worked like 6 month old eggs to peel giggle

wow, I'm going to have to try that. How many eggs did you put in the water? Do you think just lemon juice would work or a real lemon?

Bring water to boil. Slide in eggs and simmer 10 minutes. Immediately drain and gently crack eggs, then run cold water over them.

This is the method I use for fresh laid eggs. Nothing special needed. Just crack before the cold water.

I do have a hen who's eggs have a membrane that sticks hard. Her eggs get used for scrambled or baking.

I used 1/3 maybe 1/4 I do not recall where I heard about it I did 9 eggs
Mom asked me the same thing, I am not sure .She is sharing property with my Brother
