I used to trim the crests. I don't bother anymore. They stick their heads in the water dish and slick it back if they want more vision.

they can be no doubt I had major electric problem my coops did not have power
found out our darling pup snow chewed a cord got a bit of a jolt

I think my chicken is feeling better now. As far as I can until she did drink some of her water. And she even bit me when I tried to reach in to find some poop to look at. As far as I can tell it did not have any blood in it. It didn't seem excessively runny.
