Chicken Prison for my broody! hahaha
DH added the legs just in time for this lovely Barnevelder. I love the legs, it's at a great height for me and leaves the ground space for the other hens to move around. Also makes scooping poop easier. Plus I don't have to drag that darn kennel back and forth between this pen and the shed every time I need to use it. :-D

Thanks Penny for the idea...just contacted a 4-H club in Snohomish to see if they had anyone...see what I hear back as time is short..leaving Friday. USually get the neighbor

Update: Neighbor teen is going to chicken sit!

so glad to here problem solved many moons ago I was 4-H many many moons :old

Hello everyone! Long time member, lurker-extraordinaire. I'm on the hunt for some American Buff geese- anyone know who has some? I was going to order from Metzer but I would love to support a local breeder. :)

Sorta last minute as my husband has finally listened to my goose-calls, and just told me that a flock of geese will be my birthday present! :yesss::yesss::yesss:

Sorry ! I guess you have to go to Metzger........I only have Toulouse !
They are AWESOME !!!!
If I had to choose another, it would be Saddleback, but with the predators we have here, I am going with the biggest lawn mowers I can get !
