I have about 8 of them yup great birds some blue others lay green

View attachment 1252045 I'm liking these Marans eggs they have all been dark now I got one with cool spots I hope they stay the same when they get big.

I love the Marans eggs and I have Bielefelders that have the spots too, and a few dark laying Barnevelders.
My favorite are the Blue Copper Marans, always

nope itty bitty eggs even smaller than the lavender ones I have

Penny, remember that pullets all start out laying a small egg....except for Jersey Giants that is....and I have never seen an Araucana or any variety of the rumpless breed in any hatchery.....................that said, I do have a Grey Swedish Flower hen with no patootie on her....she is rumpless !

So Penny did we get your birds keyed out as Isbar then? I do have Black Copper Marans now I have the two cockerels I put up the pictures of and five girls but they are only five months old so there eggs are still small as well. If you can't get the ones from chicken lady I can give you some down the road they are very nice birds.

Very nice color consistency I have cuckoo and blue copper Marans also but they just don't have that nice dark color of the Black Copper Marans eggs.

see that is the color I am chasing, that said I am not in such a hurry I could get up tp 5 but feel better with 3
