I had someone wanting to buy eggs and so super excited about it. She was sp excited & would wait the week while I collected fresh eggs for her.
There is a list of persons waiting.
Today was the day to ship to her, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. is the time to drop off the packages so that they ship today, and arrive where ever they are going in the Continental U.S.A. and Alaska, on Monday morning !
Gotta have the box there or it misses the truck.
So I reminded her last night, I had to have her address & payment and if she was no longer interested please let me know so these eggs could be shipped to the next person on the list.
She never responded to give me her payment. Here I am up early to ship and she never responded even though she has been on BYC several times yesterday, and alot the day before.
You'd think she'd at least say she cannot do it right now and I could have sent these eggs to someone else.
I wish people would be a tad bit more responsible.
These are not marbles here, or crockery for crying out loud...these are living beings that must be handled carefully and shipped quickly.
They cannot just sit around and wait til someone wants to respond to their order request.
Sorry for venting...........folks need to be more accountable, especially ordering a living breathing creature.

OK I'm done. These eggs get scrambled and the next person in line has to wait a few days for a fresh batch of eggs..............

Nasty nasty windy rainy horizontal rain and coming in great drifts against the side of the house.
Birds are all in their coops out of the weather...............a good day to stay in.
And I marinated a London Broil to barbeque for today's dinner..........
Perfect !

She didn't even back out, if she backed out I could understand and ship to the next person on the list that has been waiting.
She (I am sure) saw the messages and invoices sent, and choose to ignore them.
I am going to make breakfast and do a much'funner' cross word puzzle.
Least I don't have to go out & ship packages in this nasty weather !
It is really blowing here & the soil so saturated...........the wind is howling around the eaves.

Got to finish a painting, and get it off my table so I can frame a couple more paintings that are waiting....
I have a egg timer up here, and I set it for 20 minutes so I don't sit here all day.
I have 20 minutes to be on the computer, 20 to paint, and then I have to do 20 minutes of exercise.
Most times it works, but sometimes it rings and I go right on with my work and before I know it, and hour has gone by....not so good for the circulation system !

What a nasty day !!!!!!
Practically a hurricane here, guess a strong Gale.
It is 48 degrees though, and the weather heads are saying snow snow snow.....
We probably won't get snow but probably Penny1960 will get snow for sure !

timer is a good way to keep track Richard is finishing the drain on my new vanity.. upgraded the one in the master bath to a 36 inch from 24 that left allot room wasted
coops done we have the wind now Morton will get snow we don't our little micro climate

Our beloved "SKIP' Grandfather to many, a perfect example of what A TRUE Silver Laced Orpington should look like, Very Large, very docile and sweet. loves to be held, and is very much spoiled! he spends his days outside among his flock of hens and also loves laying in laps. A very special friend, we are hoping this wonderful loving way passes down to his many offsprings.
