I did get the new incubator James has to read the manual but got it set up it has
all the factory settings has a humidity alarm even eggs just went out today took her a few days to collect the real dark ones for me

great looking birds so did you not get snow we got about 6 inches here today

We got about an inch... Not a whole lot of staying power, but it did stick to the trees which is just my favorite. Now it's just freaking cold...

Hello Eveyone,
New here from coulee city. I look forward to learning many things. Joined becAuse I’m new to the chicken thing and I will be getting several Rhode Island Red chicks and I want to be fully prepared to raise them and so far from what I have read this is the best site for information on everything. If anybody here knows the limit on chickens that’s up to date please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and hello in advance.

Welcome all I found was old info for coulee city it was from 2010 then you could have 12 chickens including roosters, coop had to be 50 feet from neighboring dewelling. I’m outside city limits good thing or I would be in big trouble. You will need to call city hall and ask there. 509-632-5331 good luck and enjoy your Rhode Island Reds.

I'm in Port Orchard. My mom grew up in Raymond. New Haven dairy farm out on the Willapa river. Had a lot of fun summers doing hay and swimming in the river My cousin was over for dinner this evening and said that you all had a lot of snow! Fun to see photos right after the fact!
