Where did you buy them are they from a breeder or hatchery?

They are from tsc they were listed as black Asian pullets. Although I think I have 2 barred and then the 2 of these black ones with golden brown on them.

I'm just so excited to see what breeds I got XD it's like a surprise.

Perfect size for silkie nest eggs. They were rather expensive for that use. Made of opalite (glass made to mimic certain types of opal). Made to use as decoration, but I liked them and prefer that even functional stuff be pretty.

Will be easy to clean. I thought about getting the tigers eye ones.

Amazon. They were $9 each so it's pricey.

The ceramic nest eggs work well for most hens. They can't tell the difference. Neither can I on the brown ones.

Mom told me that great grandma had milk glass nest eggs. This is very close.

I have no idea if grandma used any I did my birds knock them out of the nest
can't say they do not know

yup but that was the hatchery barred I sold
