We just bought a shed from Home Depot about the size OP wants. It was $1300, and what you get is a kit. You still have to build it.

We got that one just for chicken supplies. We will actually build a new coop from scratch in the spring. It would be nice to have the girls all in one coop, but we started off thinking we would only ever have 6 chickens, and you know, chicken math. So we soon build a second small coop. And then I had a couple times where separation/integration dictated 3 coops. I guess there is coop math too!!! One big coop would be nice....but I'll probably keep a couple of the others too. You just never know.

Actually there is a wooden roof, but you have to buy the roof tiles separately. I think because different people want different things.
