Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Hello,
I am new to this forum and live out on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state.
Sad to say I lost 2 of my beloved American Buffs to a predator yesterday. My one remaining girl is lonely and afraid now and I am desperately looking to find her a partner. Does anyone have a lead on some adult American Buff Geese in and around Western Washington?
Thanks so much in advance.
Tami
I'm so sorry for your loss! :hugs I don't have geese, so I'm also sorry I can't help you out. Do you free range your geese? Did you dispatch the predator? I think anyone willing to part with one of their pet geese to help yours out will want to know it wont just become the next casualty, so giving some assurances here would help a lot. And, btw, I don't say that with any judgement at all!!! We have all lost a feathered friend or two to predators!!! It's heartbreaking!!! And then we figure out how to keep them safer.

His name was Ryan Gosling. His lady friend was Georgia. They did free-range here peacefully on 1.6 acres for 6 years. Ryan was so protective of his ladies, I am certain he defended Georgia till the end. I think it was a yote that got them. Probably a mama looking to feed her babies. Now my remaining girl Margie is in the safe yard with the ducks (Ruth, Bader and Ginsburg). Never saw this coming.

I know. We never do. :hit My chickens free ranged in my orchard for 3 years, predator free. And then the bald eagles came and took out 3 this last summer. :hit Now I have bird netting over the run, but I can't get those girls back. They were precious and now they are gone.
