Good morning all! Our temp is supposed to hit 96 today, then a storm will be blown in and we will drop to around 74 tomorrow!

My husband retired last Thursday, so to celebrate we went to Mt Rainier! The weather was absolutely perfect! Here's a great view we had of the the mountain on Tuesday!

Chicken wise...Dale built a new pipe feeder for our chickens, they will waste much less food and I think they like it! We will probably build 3 or 4 more, I'm also hoping to build an automatic PVC watering system soon, tired of the water can, even up on blocks it gets dirty!

The new grass is coming in nicely in the new free range pen...can't wait to let them in there!

Wow! I don't know how it gets so hot in your area! 90's is extremely rare in my area. Do you get cold winters as well?
