Oh my Gosh Kim cannot say I have never been there but damn it hurts huh

First time it's been this bad. I thought she broke my nose for a moment. The higher claw mark and the one on the nose bled pretty good.

She didn't even realize she hurt me at first, then she was all apologetic licking.

Probably hurt her more.. years ago I had 2 client dogs and 3 of my Tervuren in rough housing I got knocked out cold I woke up to all of them licking my face..

I knocked myself out with pain by bashing my knee into the metal framing of a sliding door. Came to with my schipperke licking and barking at me to wake up.

Im fine mostly fine thanks. Just the scratches itch a bit. I spent yesterday with my face coated in bacitracin and aloe with lidocaine alternatively. I usually heal pretty quick.

It's been a long time since I knocked myself out. My sweet schipperke died 8 years ago. My German shepherd is still afraid of small dogs because of her. I think dogs react better to someone going unconscious than most humans. They try to wake us.

I can't even pull the covers over my head and yell help. The German shepherd will dig me out to make sure I'm ok.

But what fun that can be I keep a blanket on my recliner to do that know to keep my head up with Moose

I can't remember what it's like to go to the bathroom alone. Fiery never had the urge to follow me everywhere 'for my protection'. Zeus only tries to come in if he wants petted and knows the toilet makes a captive audience. Same with the cats.

Athena will lean heavily against the outside of the door and whine. If I use the shower and the door is open I'll have a dog bathmat.
