I let the birds out put two banty in the tractor. The two white ones had a fit did not want me to pick them up so stay in.

I have one young chicken that will not lay her eggs in the nest box any ideas to get her to lay in there??? Everyone else will ?? In fact I wait until 1pm to let them out and run around the yard for a few hours but she has been waiting until I ket them out to lay her egg on our porch

Funny I have nests in many places just learned them over time only with the my big girls.
Banty are much worse about it.

Don't let them out to range for a while. If she's just laying in the run, I don't know.

Another 2 bird flu cases confirmed in the last 2 days so my birds are locked up still

3 ladies got stung in a pool by us, and yesterday my husband got it, and today I got stung 3x.

Yellow jackets are a different breed though.

I shove my big dslr camera in bumble bee faces and they ignore me. The honey bees usually do as well. It's always yellowjackets and hornets that get me.
