That’s the same thing I’m wrestling with. Mine has only the 15 lb weight too. I figured I’d see how close the guage is when the weight starts jiggling.

I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered the Presto three piece weighted gauge / jiggler. Having it ready to go might inspire me to use the canner.

There are cheaper off brand 3 pc weights on Amazon, some with lots of high ratings, too. But I decided to spend a little more and go with a genuine Presto brand weight.

Oh heck doing water baths as much as I can.
I had like 50 gallon mammoth pressure cookers for my dog food company.
Hey Pete came in to eat when I went out to scrape the tables. Acted like he was not there
went great. He fed the girls ten he ate.

I got hungry for chicken today. Got an 8 pc fried with JoJos. I'll toss the bones in the yard and see if the chickens like them. I didn't leave much for them to pick off. LOL
