I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered the Presto three piece weighted gauge / jiggler. Having it ready to go might inspire me to use the canner.

There are cheaper off brand 3 pc weights on Amazon, some with lots of high ratings, too. But I decided to spend a little more and go with a genuine Presto brand weight.
 
Oh heck doing water baths as much as I can.
