Do you have a parsley plant growing this year? If you do let it overwinter, it will bloom the second year and attract all kinds of pollinators to your garden. Smells good too.

I cannot keep parsley over winter it bolts none of my other herbs do.

I haven't seen any honeybees, but they have always been fairly rare here. No one around keeps bees. We do have a lot of bumblebees.

You want it to bolt. The flowers attract the pollinators.
