I have bever bought squirrel food before.
Did not know they always had two? there so now they have one ?
I get fruit flies from buying banana at wally so Jeremy's was my fruit go to. Found they had more than just banana.

We originally just fed birds but the squirrels showed up so we started feeding them too. We love all the woodland critters but we don’t feed the deer !

The deer do not get in here with the 8 foot fence to keep dogs in.

Kind of strange but this year I haven't seen a single fawn. There's usually 2 or 3 running around with the mama this time of year.

Speaking of deer... I measure out where I'm putting the deer fence up around the pepper/tomato/bean plot and got the corner T-posts pounded into place. I have two more posts to put up, then chicken wire and other things will go around the posts. I have a month to get it done so I'm doing a little at a time.

No fawns here either, but I was thinking it's still early.

We wont see any until may/june or later. Usually it's just the one doe and her daughters

I think that's when they show up here. We have plenty of does, but I think all the bucks were hunted last fall. Not sure we'll have any fawns at all this year. That will be okay. We have way too many deer coming through. Can't even have a flower garden without fencing around it.

You're right, it's probably a little early to see the fawns.

Got the garden watered and the chicks fed their water soaked crumbles.

That's good news. I'm hoping this means the procedure was successful and he is coming home to gain strength and get better!!!
