Hello Washington folks. We made it through the morning without our BYC touchstone. A big old to the survivors!!!

I noticed that "likes" are now thumbs up too. Anyone remember what they were yesterday? A smile? So odd, but they look different to me and yet I can't remember. lol

Was noon before it came back up. I made me wild berry enhancer to drink. Cleaning, scrubbing. Then vacuum did a early cat box.
Made the berry pie. sitting here for a break.

I couldn't remember it either, except for it being blue.

I just finished canning some spicy habanero/jalapeno salsa.

We will be harvesting tomatoes and green beans today. I'll have to decide then if I have enough tomatoes to make marinara. If not, I will just can them whole (peeled, of course), and make sauce with it as I go. Sauce is so good made that way, I may do all the tomatoes like that. IDK yet.

Green beans will get frozen and i will make a jar of pickled beans, sans the sugar.

I puréed the skins in my food processor and added them to the salsa. I don't like the idea of throwing away all those nutrients. It gave the salsa a nice red color too.

Yikes...another 3 lbs of beans and he is out picking tomatoes now. I guess I'm going to be busy tomorrow.
