Can someone answer a chicken genetics question? There used to be blue spangled Spitz and Brabanters. What would one cross with a black spangled bird to get a blue spangled bird?

Taxes and hardships; On the other hand, here in Thurston Co. (not the finest place to live) I have found that because of my fixed income I applied for and got a substantial reduction in my taxes.
A few years ago I did the "reverse mortgage", I can tell you it was the best decision I made in a long time.
These two things have allowed me to stay in my home til they carry me out in a box.
I am now tired of this wet stuff. I'm ready for some sunshine again. Enough already!

Quote: That thread seems to be about getting black spangles on a blue bird. I want blue spangles on a white (or possibly chamois) bird.
I'm new to the whole backyard chicken thing, but I am from Washington so I thought I would stop over here and say hello.![]()
Welcome to "the Pot Stirrer's Club" LOL and I forgive ya.....I'm sorry that I started this whole debate. I'm just sick of all of the election stuff since it's been crammed down our throats for months and I get annoyed when someone posts something that I believe is political. If it's not, then it should win an award for the resemblance. I know that this is a social board and not just about pure chicken talk and I completely accept that. If someone wants to post something political or something that is likely to be viewed as political by others on the board, I just think it would be nice to post a link as was suggested earlier. I'm sorry that I ruffled so many feathers and hope that we can just drop the issue and be a bit more careful in the future.
