glad your here! Thanks for stopping in, stop inagain!

Anyone driving on I-5, watch out for Fed-Ex Ground (Purple and green Fed-Ex logo) hauling doubles. I have had to call 911 twice in the last 3 weeks on them for swerving across lanes of traffic. 3 weeks ago the one I called on got pulled over and had a permanently revoked CDL, was in HOS violation, and was drunk( I know this because the trooper called me to thank me for reporting it). Last night, one almost ran my set of doubles off the road. Unfortunately he did not get pulled over( crossed into Oregon before troopers could find him). I don't know if they are pushing their drivers hard or what, just wanted to warn you all that this is trending with Fed-Ex.

Quote: Thank you very much, they are turining out to be a colorful bunch!

Quote: Thanks TerrorBird! Just look at his/her page and they are GORGEOUS! I will be sure to IM Hallerlake when I get home from "work"!

Its been challenging finding all the random birds in one spot, though. I have no patients for CL anymore... Half the people aren't even real and DH and I are never on the same page when it comes to picking up something from there...all I hear is "I wanna boat!" all he hears is "I WANT CHICKENS!"
At least chickens are much cheaper than a boat/ After all the definition of a boat is "A boat is a hole in the water, in which you pour your money into." At least with chickens a person gets eggs, and you can always eat them if you become desperate.

Just tell him that you get to spend on chickens what he spends on his boat!

Gives you a good amout to start off with and then you know there is a never ending amount of money to put into a boat so you will have a steady amout of money to put twards chickens.

Okay the nasty little dogs are in their beds, and I am going to go to bed myself. TTFN
I am sure you have said before, but what kind of nastly little dogs do you have?
Heres a new picture of the Tunnel. It is now completely ready for plastic. Friday is the scheduled day as long as there is no wind. Look, theres my little Bella girl! Home safe and sound!

I am truly jeliouse, I love that green house! Nice job.

Ok, I seriously need to learn how to quote!! LOL ! I wanted to quote what you said about people being on your property!! That is crazy!! How dare people just start looking into things and asking questions!!

I would have asked them what business is it of theirs whether your home alone or not?? I have two shot guns that are just inside my closet, no one better even THINK of stepping on my property with out my permission!! I have 6 foot fences all the way around, so if some got in, it's cause they jumped a fence! That's not cool!
Glad your ok!! That's upsetting !

Oh, thanks for the heads-up! DH and I are on that stretch way, too much... four-30 mile trips a day...

He works nights and has seen some bad accidents. THANK YOU and BLESS YOU for reporting those drivers!

Here is a story I wanted to share with you!

DH has always lived in the city. I have been trying to convince him for years that we need to just high-tail it to BFE and live without the craziness (i.e. drunk truck drivers) not to mention Hilltop Tacoma has never been my dream spot.

Half of me came from a family that lived for open air and potato farmin' - it's in my blood! Little did I know that all it took to convince DH, was my DAD! They had one beer and by the time I interrupted that conversation - DH finally lit up like a light bulb! It was the best look I have ever seen! He realized we were working for nothing. How all of our money goes to pay for gas just to make enough to pay a few bills. A few bills we wouldn't have to have!!!

I'm excited that our property search can expand now to the far reaches and I don't have to be tied to a city!! YAY!

Marital bliss right here! Can you imagine how many chickens I could have!!

My kids have been writing a lot of "books" lately. I just found this one and thought how sweet... a story about a boy and his chicken.

Not a sweet story at all. Such a little boy story!

Although I can't tell if the chicken is picking the boy's nose or the boy is inhaling the bird!
