Core-Mark. We deliver convenient store goods to places like Circle K, Plaid Pantries, Shell's, Regal Cinema, Red Mango, etc. I used to do deliveries but my knees just can't take running up and down the ramp anymore. So I shuttle 2 loaded trailers to Lakewood for local drivers there and bring back 2 empty trailers to Clackamas. It works out well me working at night. DW gets snore free sleep and I get kick free sleep during the day. You may have seen our rigs.

This is what I drive 5 nights a week. Sometimes they are our older white trailers.

We are a trucking family.
Dad started out with Buster Brown, then went to Darigold, then CME as terminal manager, then on & on and finally to HUB group where he worked as a broker until a year ago at age 79.
Brothers both went to school for brokering, and little bro is a broker (rates) for HOT (Hawaiian Ocean Transport) and middle brother works for Coke, and now Waste Management.

Gotta go...DH just saw a 8 point out standing STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPID in the driveway.
Called me to get the guns out...and off he went out of breath.
IT IS A MONSTER he says~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have two geese and a duck that room with the chickens. I got a plastic kiddie pool for the waterbirds to spash around in and the chickens get in there too.

I just went out to check on them and the chickens finally took refuge in the waterbird shed - it's the first time the waterbirds have let them in there - and the geese are sleeping under a tree in the mud while the duck is splashing about in the pool. Very odd creatures...

For those that love the hanging string lights...these are made for sliding glass doors & large windows.
They come in snow balls or snow flakes.
Mine are stars...but IKEA no longer makes stars.

I'd look closely at that dog if I were not trying to keep my two geriatric babies happy and healthy in their last days.

My brother is going to try and get her.
He has a black female now, who needs a playmate.

Great! That terrier looks like it needs an owner who knows dogs.

I'm never sure, any morning these days, that I'm not going to wake up to a big hole to dig; there's nothing wrong with either dog, minus arthritis and vision problems, but they are old-old, Griz will be 16 in December and Ruby (who's half Chesepeake Bay Retriever, and whose mother died at 9 1/2) will be 15 in February.

I have some IKEA flowers up now- they're indor/outdoor ones and are hanging on the exterior wall on my entry porch, under the eaves. I've also got my winter lights up along the entry steps- white LED strings- most of the year I use solar path lights but since my entry door faces north they stop charging in late October. I miss the stars- there were some IKEA things I was sure they'd make forever, like the lidded galvanized MUCK boxes, and slip covers for my little wing chairs, but I was sadly wrong.
