I just love my new baby, Farmin Momma's little Belgian! She's the most darling thing and I think my diabetes gets worse every time I see her because she's so sweet!

We named her Marmalade.

Nice, we are supposed to have them tomorrow. I got 2" of rain at my house since 2:30pm. I thought the whole house was gonna just slide down the property. My high fence line is 600' and bottom of property on other end is 450'. So I have a good slope.

Has anyone heard from Rainwolf, i have not seen a post from her in awhile.

I had gotten to thinking about Rainwolf just the other day. I'm fairly concerned that I haven't seen any posts from her, or that I didn't say anything sooner. Thank you RDC for mentioning the lack of a regular member of the thread.

We had a tarp roof collapse down on the silkie pen, and fill with way to much water. I was out there baling water out. We got two more supports cut and put up, and raised it back up. It's much sturdier now and hopefully there won't anymore issues.

The quarantine coop is surrounded by a moat, but it's dry inside. We put it on a high spot when we moved it. The silkie run and the main run are pretty good. Last year the main run was a puddle but we filled in so much that it's good now.

It almost sounds like the universe is out to get your Silkies. lol I'm glad they are safe for now.
