I would LOVE to take a hot bath... But I'm to tall to soak in my tiny little tub. Its the perfect size for my DH, as he is a little guy, and Chloe loves to try and swim in it. But I need something that is at least 5-6' long. lol Sometimes it sucks being almost 6' tall...

What sucks, is having no running water, and have to pack a 5 gallon bucket home, heat it in a big pot, and grab a sponge to take a bath.
But even that feels good and is better than what alot of people have.

A Silkie parent would have to be non-bearded, clean-shanked, white-skinned, single or pea combed, and four-toed.

well one of these days there should be a chicken meet at my fruitstand. i do live 10 min away from leavenworth.....
and we could drive up the road and see my chickens and help me in creating a new breed, and color variations of brahmas... i love brahmas, best personality types out of all chickens, other than cuchins.
while i do have hatchery stock... atleast is has a greater genetic variability than some really pure breeds. and i am more for function, production and really cool looking chickens. not for showing.

thinking about it. there are 2 breeds that created one parent and one breed for the other parent. there are some clues.

People are supposed to be 98.6 degrees. Get yourself a comfortable chair. Put the most important eggs in your lap. Cover them with a blanket, and read a good book. Should work for a while at least. I was reading about a Roman empress who hatched an egg in her cleavage.
