We are getting hammered and we are at sea level !!!!
giant sticking snowflakes that are not even slowing down, will have pics in a little while, I had to go out with my broom and beat the snow off my run nets again ...may have to cut them down (Hope Not!!)

The layer feed is called poultry special and is wonderful. complete with vitamins and crushed oyster shell and is sort of crumbly-powdery and the hens LOVE IT!!!!!

All the talk of snow scared imp. So I checked out the forecast in my area. Whew! looks like snow predicted possible everywhere except here.

Fair warning ! Fresh eggs, ducks or otherwise do not peel...easily, and big chunks can happen and deviled eggs end up looking like a mess....I hear the best way is to steam them like you do vegies, make sure they are done: spin on the counter and if it is done it will spin like a top, if raw it will not spin,,,and then add to a cold bath with some vinegar in it...check on line recipes to make sure though...
