Sorry to hear that. What a pain!
When we were watching the news on Tuesday morning, it showed about 10yrs vandalized on I-5 by MLK. I have only had a house break-in (awful!!!!) but DH had his Civic stolen about 5-6x's the 8yrs he owned it in Seattle. Fortunately (or not) the vehicle was always salvagable when they found it. That is, until an uninsured car totalled 3 parked cars (over in Rainwolf's neck of the woods) back in 2008. He shoulda called it Lucky based on all the problems it caused

Lucky for us we lived on the other side of the street! but my carpenter neighbor's Subaru was totaled.

Well, no eggs at the Post Office, should have been here 2 days ago...mailed Saturday morning...

So where ever the eggs are...I hope they are cool, and we will probably get them Friday...as they will sit where ever they are until Friday morning.
Thanksgiving and Christmas, says my Post Master, are the only 2 holidays that even the planes and trucks stop rolling with mail.
Just my luck.
Oh well....

It wasn't in the snow. Just some 18yr old kid who was driving too fast and a rent-a-cop traveling too fast- they rent-a-cop clipped the kid and he shot down a side street taking out 3 parked cars, his own, & damaging a couple other ones. Oh, and it was midnight or there-abouts. They blamed the kid, who was uninsured, so we had to take the total loss on our insurance

Leaving for Portland in about 10 minutes...got a late start--had to deal with a hard-to-catch gander!

Got the trio all boxed and they are NOT happy--remember to bring boxes for them...I noticed Clarence has a little frostbite going on his comb...

Nothing major but still kind of a bummer...

Chickielady, I'll call you when I'm about two hours away from you!!!

yikes..

The bumper car one was a multi-hit and run middle of the night but with the snow we all could see the tracks and the "bumping" along the hill.
