Thanks for all your advice! I really appreciate it. We went out for Thai food tonight, yum! Of course she picked all the vegetables out of her fried rice
If any of you have Gluten free recipes for the bread machine, I'll take those. There is a Trader Joes in Issaquah. I'm down there every Weds for her harp lesson, so I'll hit it then. I did pick up Gluten free pasta.
I just clicked on my BYC page cause DD has lots of photos on there. I guess she has little dark circles; not bad. Nothing like my poor nephew...
DD had ear-infections a lot as a baby. Since she was allergic to every antibiotic they tried on her at the time, they wanted to put in tubes. We were building this house at the time, so we decided not to put any carpet in the house. She has not had an ear infection since moving. I tried dairy-free, and there was a slight improvement in her skin condition, but she was otherwise miserable. SHe loves cheese, milk, yogurt... She had terrible gas on soy products to the point where she refused to eat them because she did not want to get teased in class. She likes almond milk. I think wheat-free will be easier than dairy free. It better not turn out to be egg yolks! I have a cousin and her daughter that can't even eat bread baked with eggs!
Albertsons has Quinoa pasta that is very similar in texture to wheat pasta.
It is better than the rice pastas at TJs.
Padd Thai noodles make a good pasta too. Just make sure you soak it in cold water before you boil it.
