I line my brooder with puppy pee pads and cover that with pine shavings. Twice a week I scoop out the shavings and replace them with fresh, one of those times I pull ap and replace the pee pads, just roll it all up tegether. Very easy, and the brooder is clean.

I love the idea with the puppy pads. They also make pads for people that you can get at drug stores. I think that the pads are used for incontinent adults. These kind of pads are a lot like puppy pads but are often cheaper and bigger. I also use pine shavings in my brooder, with a bit of DE, and or Stall dry.

And have zero problemo with the BobCat too!!!

Went to the feed store today,(just couldn't wait for the eggs in the bator to hatch). Picked up some EE's and SLW's. Put in the hampster waterers we talked about yesterday and the little cuties were all drinking out of them within 2 mins! So happy that I don't have to use those messy waterers in the brooder any more.

Hi Everyone,
So you have been busy cant read all of that LOL

So my son, he's felling a tad better, today he found out his Vit D and Vit B12 are very very low. The Dr said because of this his body was actin as a autoimmune disorder. So that is why he gets everything that walks by him. So he has to get shots every few days and takes pills. The Dr feels that he will always have to do it. So for 3 months he'll get shots and than after that pill. He's happy, but he told me he cant sleep right now becasue he has night terrors.. Like he falls alseep for a few min. and wakes up screaming becasue he's running from a man who's trying to kill him with scissors.
So tomorrow hes calling the dr back and see what can be done. I told him it could be his brain doing that also. So please

He had to take is wife she drove to the Dr and get a IV becasue shes sick too.. Poor kids I told him next time call me and I can drive..

Its hard being a parent I tell ya..
