OK or PM as I am not here on this thread for 100% posts, I am way too busy with all these babies, eggs, hatching & building the homestead here

They went into the incubator four days ago after sitting almost twenty four hours. I can hardly wait until I can candle in a day or two. I'm afraid the ADHD makes me a lot like a four year old.

Yay for you lucky woman! What kind of eggs are you getting from CL? LOVE hearing about everyone's hatches. Hallerlake, did you get those Brabanter eggs into your bator? I'm curious to hear how you're handling your first hatch.

The one that traded me has not said, has not candled.
The only reason I peek at some of the dellies is cuz last night I had to pull out a tray and set some more eggs in the egg rack behind them.
Otherwise I would not have peeked.
But oh well, we traded

so what we get is what we get.

I don't know.

I've heard it's bad to candle too much, so I'm going to candle on day 6, 12, and 18. It's only day 4.

All I can say is "eeeeeewwwwww!" But I did happen to see my sexlink eat a worm almost that big last weekend. All I could think about is how it was probably moving around in her crop and how awful that would feel! Gross! But good for the chickies!
