Yup...I've got a few more test auctions going now and then I'll be gearing up for the "real" season.

I'm looking for someone near Bellingham who very recently hatched some coturnix chicks and who might be willing to sell me a couple as friends for my lonely only. I incubated a batch this last month and had only one hatch on Wednesday. Doesn't look like anyone else is going to pop out.

I have a hatch but I'm in seattle not b-ham​

Had an appointment with a GI specialist today. They have put a "rush" on my colonoscopy and the soonest I can have it is March 31st.

Well, I guess that is better than May like the original date!

I have good days & bad days. On my good days I can make it on only 1 or no nap with no drugs. Bad days I stay in bed on pain meds all day.

The school district will not approve my "shared leave" until we have a "definite" diagnosis. UGH!!!!!

I explained all the testing and everything going on but (and I quote)

"we can't approve everyone who applies just because they have stomach issues unless it is diagnosed life threatening" .

Applesauce, Peaches, Plums, Nectarines, Pears and every other "fruit" word I can think of!!!!!!!!!!

I guess not being able to work and having your Dr faxing in letters stating so, is not enough! Yet, if I go to work on pain meds I get fired! If I go to work and fold over in pain and wreck my bus I get in trouble for putting lives in jeopardy! Either way I can lose my job and license!!

So paying into my "short term disability" insurance for years is a waste of money too! Once again, you must have a "definite" diagnosis!

Ok thanks for letting me vent....... Time to think positive.........

The quake started the shutdown.. the tsunami wiped out the power grid and the emergency backup powers.
They are currently running on battery power and trying to get something in place before the batteries die.
