Im so sorry. I know how heart wrenching this is. Just remember that your four Parents have had a long, loving, and extremely meaningful friendship! There is nothing more wonderful than that kind of love. So sorry that your heart is hurting, I do understand.

CL - what a rare and lovely family history. I'm sorry to hear about DH's Mom. Good thoughts to all of you during this difficult transition.

Keep up the good effort!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!!
When my grandpa quit, he kept his shirt pocket full of star bright mints. Every time his hands got restless, he would pop a mint into his mouth! He was able to quit for good that way!!Best wishes for your success!!!

Ive got Dum Dums! They help a bit, but I cant afford to keep buying more. lol Yarn and knitting needles last SO much longer! lol The antsyness from idle hands only lasts a little while thankfully! Im getting there! Im just sick and tired of always feeling sick and tired! Plus Cigarets are expensive! And I would much rather put that $8 a day torwards my critters rather than something that is slowly killing me over time.

Im gonna do it even if my husband doesn't!

Get your pillow case bag of dum dums from Costco or Cash & Carry United Grocers. It is just the price of one pack or smokes.
My step dad chewed gum. Mom figured he might as well get his teeth super white while he was at it.
He did quit cold turkey.
Hang in there!! You can do it.
