My sister's in charge of that side of things; she sells sides and split halves (so you don't get all one kind of meat or the other) and has it processed at Home Meats in Kamilche. I just bought a split half and have no idea what it came to per pound; it was a huge 2 1/2 year old crossbred steer who was something of an escape artist and got away from the butcher more than once and came to just over $400 plus cut and wrap. I'll PM you her contact information if you want. They also have pigs (well, my BIL has pigs; all my sister has to do with the pig side of things is dealing with the laundry!), and sell live weiner pigs as well as luau pigs and custom cut pork. Home Meats does a great cure on pork, and their bacon is almost like the old days of dry cure you could store in the pantry.
(Two things have gotten much worse over my lifetime: bacon, and chickenwire).
And hams !!!
I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, as well as MSG...I would love some preservative free pork (old days of salt/sugar/smoke cure is the way to go!)
Maybe get prices from her on the pork as well ?
