I would be more than happy if it turned out to be a Shamo! But I highly doubt thats what it is... The lady said its probably from her large Silky... but the egg is as big as the Marans, and the light Sussex eggs...

Im happy just having them across the road. The old man who owns them is in his 80's and if I remember correctly this is his last year breeding them. The calves are so stinking cute! If i can get a pic of the one calf thats there this year I will post it.

Me too! I love baby lambs! (Okay, see I'm kidding here. I know that Scottish Highland bull will not help produce sheep. I may be city, but I did NOT just fall off the turnip truck.)
