I drive, when I have a car

My truck is still in CA & I gave my car to my DD as hers was re-po'd and she needed wheels to stay in college.
But she sold my car for a fast $800 (after DH did a full roto-rebuild on everything on it) and new tires & brakes & heater core & all so it's be safe for her...then she took the $800 and made 1 more car payment on her new Camaro THEN the bank repo'd it.

Hatching like crazy here! 6 Marans out, 1 blue, 2 black and 3 splash! Two out of the 3 Marans eggs left are pipped! Plus one Olive Egger out and the other 3 are pipped! So far no action on the single Lav/Split Orp egg in there that I can see.

My back is aching. Got a ton done outside until the rain started, than gave the basement where the 3 brooders are a deep clean and full vacuum. Ready to get my PJ's on and have a veg night!

Was thinking it might make a nice little retaining wall since it is permeable and I could plant moss etc on it to make it pretty. just need someone to come make a level trench and footing for the wall.

everyone off to make dinner too??
I sold a mess of birds & chicks to Ogress today, had a nice visit with her & her son.
Then she went off to find the crab store in South Bend (funny, she lives in North Bend

)
Then I got down & dirty and completely scooped the Cuckoo Marans coop, all the shavings into the compost, a new bale of shavings went in, new sand, DE & poultry dust in the dust bath box, cleaned & scrubbed & refilled their water box on the wall, took out the brooder light that was in there for the introduced new replacement pullets & 2 new cockerals, and then scooped all the other 8 poop trays in the other 4 coops, then scooped out, tossed & replaced shavings in the duck pen & juvenile bird pen...

Then I took a shower & here I am all spiffy & ready to finish dinner by finishing the salad stuff from the garden.
SUPER OLD LADY!!!!!!!!!!!

No cape tho~OK I am gone!
