Monday is terrible: always has been, is now worse, since it's the only weekday I have transportation (Anna's day off). And Monday next is about as bad as it gets, since I have to have a fasting blood draw to start the day. The hired hand is working at her first job all next week, but Sam needs to take me to Del's in the truck one day for a wire run. That will probably be Wednesday. So Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday work best for me, although if I were driving I'd look long and hard before heading down I-5 the last Friday in July, ick.

Tuesday sound good.

Cool. I'll be glad to see you!

Argghhh....bad day with pain.

The baby isn't moving as much (I suspect she's running out of room in there!?) but when she does move, it is not a comfortable thing!

I have a massage scheduled for Monday (right after my 36 week dr appointment) so that might help...but I'm thinking this next couple of weeks will drag by!

I think I may have a problem and I need some advice.
My BR(2 yrs old) has been laying soft eggs that usually come out at night and land under the roost in a mess. I have been going out there as early as I can to clean it up but sometimes it happens in the nest too.

It's not her I am worried about so much right now but the young ones(17-19 wks) who hang out in the coop some and I think have gotten a taste or two of raw egg. Today I found one of my sexlink eggs that looked like it had been pecked open and some of it eaten.

How do I break this habit? I am not home Monday through Wednesday during the day. I am hoping that I don't have a bunch of egg eaters developing.

Should I cover more of the entrace of the nesting boxes so it's darker in there?
Should I keep the younger ones out of the coop in a sectioned off area?
I don't know what to do. HELP!!!
