No, no...green there from April (March if you're lucky) to November - and then some combination of brown and/or white until spring again.

I'm happy to do without the white. But brown in the summer is a little weird for me. I'm also missing the t-storms.

Heather, any news?

Does anyone need hatching eggs? I have had a Craigslist order bail on me. I have over 18 BLRW, over 18 Blue & Black English Orp, and over 12 Lav Orp eggs that are all less than a week old. I'd prefer to deliver them local rather than ship them, so if anyone is interested, please PM me.

I haven't lost anymore chicks. Although one of my lavenders still looks ill, so I go down and make him drink from the medicated water every few hours. The rest of them seem to have greatly improved. Big relief!!!

Hope everyone is out enjoying this sunshine!!!!
