Don't take a thing I say serious. Unless you should. Then don't.

You're not hellllllllping!

In your search of the Wyandotte Bantam world, have you come across someone who has whites? Beau lost his cockerel, and as I said: we need to get better birds to these 4Hers (his Sumatra Rooster is pretty nice) and a good white roo would be a place to start.

Dan Jerome for white wyandottes. He can be kind of flakey at times but he has nice birds and if you're persistent, you might be able to get some birds from him.

Thanks! I'm glad he prefers email; one of the hardest things about buying the bull was having to be on the phone all the time. I worked as a receptionist exactly long enough to make me consider the telephone the instrument of several separate and distinct demons.

And you have chicks hatching in a couple of weeks.

Have you candled?

No, I'm going to do that tomorrow. It's ten days, which should be long enough to be sure. One thing about them being in the laundry room is that it's easy to make it really dark, and I've got a couple of different very bright flashlights.

It freaks me a little, I've had problems with gravity this week, it keeps snatching things out of my hands.

I wish Isaac had left that undiscovered. Then I wouldn't need to watch what I eat.
