thank You Rob and Jbear, he was quite the impressive boy and too very good care of his girls. I was so mad that I ended up sick from all the stress. maybe one of his sons will grow up to be just like his dad.

I hope so, too.

Well, applesauce!

At best. I'm going to wait a few weeks, get the coops finished, and then try again.

Let me know when you want your incubator back so I don't wait too long?

I don't expect to do any more incubating this year.

Well, at least that doesn't hurry me.

I remember this conversation. I didnt feel that you were out of line, or rude. Maby RedReiner has just been busy. It is that time of year... Try not to over worry CR, I'll send her a PM and see how shes doing.

Ok quik update on RedReiner. She's been busy like everyone. Unfortunately she recently lost Hoss to a rather large coyote. So now she is on gaurd, and more than ready to thin the pack. Guess this pack of yotes wiped out a neighboring flock of chickens and turkeys. She is also getting ready for a horse show coming up in about a week I think is what she said. Its just the busy season for us horse folks

Oh that is just awful that she lost Hoss.

Thank You for the PM and the hello. I did get a little miffed at the !!! in your Post Rob but water off a ducks back you clarified, I was fine. I do appreciate it. I know you were not trying to be rude. once the weather broke I needed to mow, and mow and fence and try to get my arena reworked so the water does not destroy it again this winter. so been busy with the tractor and mowing the former swamps back into pastures. then my desktop blew the power supply and I do not have another so using ancient laptop...hard to type on and it is sloooooooow..... wed. Hoss was killed protecting his flock from the coyote and it truly bummed me out as I had only 5 of his babies here. 4 are roosters.... so I am collecting eggs from the blue girls and am going to try and get some hatched. I have a litter of 6 minpin pups...good lord the poop....

and next weekend I have a reining show here in Monroe, trying to ride and be ready while dodging stupid crohns attacks. so no worries I am still around but am engaged in a war at the moment... I will win... I have night vision...the yote does not.

So sorry you lost Hoss!

I'm really impressed by a litter of 6 with a Minpin: she must be a super-mom!

I'll have to tell our DDs about the rec center, sounds terrific!
I understand the birthday month thing, too. We have son, 2 daughters, granddaughter, DiL, and SiL, plus Mothers Day all in May! I really wonder how these things happen!

she is a bigger girl, top of the standard, 12 1/4 so she squeaks under with a 1/4 inch to spare. her first litter was 5... this time bred once I got 6...yay me....
