We got a Jeep Cherokee when my DS was born and boy was that the best car. 4 WD so we went and got diapers even in the snow. The back is our changing table and it fits my really big stroller with all the baby needs adn groceries no problem. Wish they would make more of the same car, I would buy another. And it was AMERICAN!

We have a suburban, Its nice having enough room in the middle seat to sit someone between a booster sit and a baby carrier. When we bought a new refrigerator I was able to take out the back seat and put down half the middle seat and side the frig in while it was still in it box.

Yes and you can have for free. But I don't deliver. I will have her bags packed just let me know how soon you can get here!!!! BTW She closes the doors gathers eggs and feeds and waters too. All of course when she remembers and or decides to.

I was kinda hoping for the kind that was solar powered. LOL

Some one has an electric drill contraption and another used a curtain pulling device. One guy even had an auto antenna that he might have yanked out of someone's car.

I was thinking I might even be able to string a long string to my kitchen. Hahahahaha. But I really want one so I could go on vacation for the weekend.

Mine is also solar see when she see the sun she thinks al doors and windows need to be opened. But sometimes they don't get closed when the sun goes down.

Depending on how much you want to spend there are a couple of sponsors of BYC and they have automatic doors. Just look under sponsors at the top of the page. The one I am looking at is the pullet shut automatic door. It's a little pricey but Rob Ludlow highly recommends it. Chickencoopdoors.com, and add-a-motor.com I think.

I really need to get the Wyandotte coop finished. Ian has decided that the biggest fun thing in the world is to perch on the ground-side corner brace and hitch a ride when I move the chicken tractor: I really don't need the extra work-out, honest.

Ron, you sure can be terrible!... and talk about no sense of direction, I have yet to finad a man who will follow directions, let alone one who'll read them! I also find most men to be far moodier and bigger gossips than most women. Tell a juicy bit of gossip you made up to a male co-worker and a different bit of juicy gossip to a woman you work with and see which tale comes back to you the fastest.

Oh goodness...I'm not touching the man/woman thing with a ten foot pole!

Today is the second day our one & only cockerel has crowed in the morning; but it's such a sad sound I'm not sure that anyone would recognize it as a crow. Is there any possibility that with no older males to show him how, my little guy might stay crowing quietly? We're not supposed to have roosters, but I'd love to keep him if I could

It was foggy for us too; makes it so pretty and quiet without all the crows coming out early! I love it

I think my early morning 'get the birds out of bed' is my favorite time of day

(Now I'm at work wishing i was playing with chickens!) Thanks for the good day wishes - hope yours is fantastic!

if only it were true, but ,,,,, NOPE

the crow may start out as kind of a squeaky dog-toy noise

but the "true" crow will develop -- whether the roo hears another one or not
or even if he hears only wild birds singing

(sigh)
