we may have another new gal coming on board --- I answered a Craigslist ad for someone who wanted a rooster that looked like her old one (OEGB) ... but mine does resemble that

she had already agreed to get one from someone else, but get this ! she lives right across the river from me !

she didn't know about BYC so I mentioned it, and we will likely meet later on this week, if only to swap eggs (she has brown, I have everything else BUT white) -- and our hens are about the same age

so CR, don't rustle Roopert until she sees him, at least !

Well, that feels like progress: I sold Benny to my old 4H friend Christie.

We are now going out to dinner: ignoring feed costs, I have made sufficient for a tip.
