Well the single serama seems to be holding his own with the orps. Right now they are all together. As they get bigger I will just have to play it by ear and se how they are doing. Right now..the single serama is holding his own really well.

DH and I had a great time at Stevenson. I got to meet CR, CloverLeaf, RustyHen, and... (swiss cheese memory) was it ultasol? Was it T-Hi that has the runner duck in a diaper? I saw her for about 2 seconds in the distance. I'd hoped to meet you all, but sadly it didn't gel this time.

ChickieLady... the Doms. were definitely not hatchery. I spent quite a lot of time with the owners and learned a lot about Doms in general and these in particular. They brought a BUNCH in hopes the judge would be able to give them good feedback. And he did... it was really interesting for me. All the judges were great about discussing the birds, standards, and their judging. I learned a lot by just watching and listening.

I'd hoped to see more LF, but saw more Bantams than I thought even existed. I'm just such a novice!

Luckily there were a few australorps and Marans so I got to learn more about 2 of my 3 girl's breed. Turns out they aren't quite the mutts I thought they were, well the Marans anyway. She just started laying last week, and there were 3 pretty chocolate eggs waiting for us when we got home today! Good Girl Ruby!

That egg is HUGE for a banty!!! It totally looks like one of Daffy's eggs!!!!

That is one of the darndest things! It almost looks like the one that she layed this morning!

Hi to all of the greatest people I know!

It has been very stressful and crazy around my neck of the woods. Got our first Child support/custody hearing out of the way. Now just waiting to find out the judgement.

The wheels on the bus are rolling again.

So, since this NOT a morning person is having to get up at 4:30am again my evenings on the computer are pretty much gone! (I'm not working tomorrow so here I am!

)

I have missed my time with my BYC friends!

It was a great weekend for me at Stevenson! I didn't realize how theraputic it would be!

CR- Thank you and your DD for a wonderful humor filled evening!

CL- I thought you had left!

DD & I headed to the Bonneville Hatchery and dinked around for awhile and then explored a little bit on the "dark side" of the creek! We came back to the show at about 2:30! Hey! Now we know how to camp in my car maybe we will come have an overnighter at your place!

JB- Hey girlfriend!!! I've missed you!! I have your incubator still!!!

RustyHen- Were you the one standing with CR & I when I won my..... uh.... battery operated ice cream scoop from the raffle?
