I have had 2 breast lumps biopsied since I have been 35. It is very scary. I have had mammos fairly regularly since I was 35.....but after the last lump/biopsy - 2 years ago...I did not have the money for follow up. I finally (working at hospital now) was able to go and have it done....everything is clean/clear. very relieved...but I have to watch closely.

Do they check you yearly or more often? I'm wondering if it is going to be like the dentist for me now, biannually.

CR wish I was closer.
Maybe you can modify a wheel chair and put some all-terrain wheels on it.

I had a hoveround and one of those 3 wheel electrics but didn't need them so helped others. I don't think it is going to come to that for me. Just gonna take it like eating an effeneffanalant.

Thanks The worst part for me is I hate to bother others for help I am too independant. It is my purpose to help others not to have to ask for help!

I am the same way. We just moved closer to my job, I should save we are still moving. We have been at are new place almost 3 months, last weekend I finally moved our rabbits and chickens. We are hoping we will be done in two weeks. I know the move would of been a lot quicker if I have ask for help but like you I don't want to bother others to help. Most of the time it has just been me doing the moving sometimes our boys will help, DW is home taking care of 10 month old Emma & 5 year old Charlie. It is very hard to move with little kids.

The positive in the whole move is we now know we need to get rid of a lot more of our stuff before the move west.

The little difference between you and I is I am still capable to do it by myself and it sounds like your body is saying hold up bud I need a 5'er.

CR: Others will not be "bothered". They will be happy to help, just like you enjoyed helping them. This was a lesson God taught me three years ago. I hated to ask for help, I was the helper, always independent. Then I had a brain tumor, and brain surgery. I was totally helpless. And people came out of the woodwork to help. It made them feel good to be able to help. When you refuse help, you deny them the opportunity to do something that makes them feel good. Really. So don't be stubborn. Ask for help. If I lived close to you, I would be happy to help. Actually, I don't even know where Ethel is, lol. I was thinking you are on the other side of the mountains, but now I will have to go look.

Okay, there seems to be an Ethel in Lewis County and one in Benton County. Which one are you in? Lewis County is fairly close, but Benton is many hours away. Where are ya, Rustler?

BTW, loved that pic this morning! Looks like you were having a ball!

Yes I am in Lewis County. Just off Hwy 12 5 Miles east of I-5

I remember going through roll call at school. When they got to my name, they used my last name rather than try to pronounce Deirdre.

Your name is tricky, no doubt: it has phonemes which do not exist in my brand of English, and no matter how hard I try I can't hear the difference between what I say and what you say- it's like the cot/caught dialect marker, only more annoying.

LOL, Dierdre is easier to say than phonemes!
