He has yet to respond, so I gotta log off & will let you know what he says later.
BUT

WHAT should I do?
leave them home, if he says no to a table by the breed clubs, OR enter them & thereby cause a commotion (but it would be devilishly fun!!!

)
So what should I do???????????
You all want to see them, right???????
I will enter 4 or 5 if need be, no problem, I will not work too hard on bathing them, they are pretty clean...

Well if you cant get a display table, then I would enter them! But Im a stinker like that. Wish I could go, but there is just no way for that to work. I can not wait until Febuary!!! I will no longer have to chaufer "sp?" my husband around everywhere!

It would be cool to see them, but is it worth for you to enter them?

Personally, I would consider that an "informational display" and just display them however you want at your table...I can bring an X-Pen if you want, we'd just have to figure out how to cover it...
eta: of course, I am only coming up for the day on Saturday.....

Your Daughter and yourself will be fine! Just remember that you have done your best at preparing her. She will be home with you soon, give her lots of hugs and encouragment!

Oy. Thank you Cheryl!

That girl will have more hugs than she can stand once she walks through our front door. Hot tea, home cooked meals, I am so ready to have her home again.

We're trying to figure out if my son can come to Thanksgiving dinner from Ellensberg: he will have to drive both ways that day, to get to work that night* if that's the case, ugh. But the consensus of the weather gurus today seems to be that the snow level will be back to 5000 feet by Tuesday, and tomorrow and Sunday will not be very snowy.

Ah, crap, just scorched the rice I was cooking for the chickens, this is SINCERELY not my day.

*graveyard shift, stocking before the store opens and then working opening on the day after Thanksgiving, no time off, nobody wants to trade, who would have guessed?

Very cool looking truck

My cousin's wife uses it as a background for her portrait photography business; there's a bit of a war going on over what gets thrown on the bed, since the people up there do not get the necessity of NOT leaving broken barbed wire where the cattle can reach it.

My BIL has a Diamond T somewhere that he restored as his Senior Project when he sort-of graduated from high school; I expect that it and his 1969 Camaro will be my nephew's senior project in four years.

Funny - I was thinking after I saw your photo how the old trucks are a favorite subject for photographers. I'm sure I've got a few shots of various old vehicles myself. Is it a requirement of all rural properties to have a photogenic old vehicle resting somewhere in the yard? Preferably the ones with a kaleidoscope of rust patterns, wonky angles and grass growing through nooks and crannies? It's perfect.

Yep, we have one of those, except it is a rapidly disappearing blackberry trellis now....
