Well you probably can't see that the snow is swirling around, but, you can see, that you can't see very far!! LOL! UH yea... right now the winds have picked up to 20 mph and it is 10 degrees!!

This is what was on the ground at sunset last night before the foot or so that fell between 1am and 8am: classic Cascade Concrete, about six inches of wet snow over two inches of frozen slush. NOT fun stuff to walk in.

Bacchus tried to walk in the back door with me, and is now standing looking in the windows and bleating: best have a bit of lunch and go out and deal with the mess.

Serama eggs are kinda tricky. A lot of time they poop out around 14 days or on hatch day. I hope you have good luck!

Oh, I forgot to post last night. We totally forgot to candle our Serama eggs on Day 10 which was Sunday, so we did it last night. About half were clear and we had one blood ring, so we are down to only 10 of them. Tonight we candle the other batch as it is day 10 for them. These are our own eggs so I am expecting much higher fertility as they weren't shipped.

ok I don't know what happened but my picture and my post didn't even show up??

Ok so howdo I post vid from my comp to the thread???

There's an icon that looks like a snip of film up above the reply window; you click on that and it gives you the BB code for video in standard square brackets; cut and past the link to your video between the brackets; it's not a direct link like the photo one, you may have to host the video on a photobucket or youtube account?

Oh CL I took my camera out and fooled around and tried different settings on it, here is the picture of Mt Adams from our front door! I found the dvd disk to the camera, maybe I can figure out how to get closer shots, this was telaphotoed all the way out! Is that a word?? LOL!
