There are also laws that forbid any one or anything to "prevent one from earning a living" in so much as repossesers cannot reposess TOOLS or TRUCKS needed to preform a person's JOB.
They can take your car, but they cannot reposess your tools & equipment needed for you to earn a living.
I know that law has been kicked aside lately, as well !
Taking of or killing of one's livestock is exactly that...taking our way of making a living, however small or large that may be, my birds are essential to our living.
Living on disability is impossible without livestock or creative thinking & gardening.
Let the country people survive !!!!!!!!!

Hey CR, I have chicks hatching from the eggs by my fire 3.5 days. I cant believe it! I put them in the bator last night after the storm and now we have lift off!

Seems I heard somebody say "Don't you give up on them eggs yet"

Nope. I've had 2 pair of goslings reserved. I've been waiting since last year,

I got an email this week. They are selling off the breeding stock and there will be no Pomeranian goslings, They are no longer listed in his web page. I'm not getting the goslings I've had reserved.

so i finally got seeds in the mail for my soils 302 class.
i have one pound of one variety of oats....
i also have 10oz of Purple Hullless Barely.

somewhere i have to find room in my little room to grow 3 trays.... and i just read on the seed packet.... gets to 3 feet tall........ its going to be a jungle in my room

i think i have room under my sewing table for it..... its not going to get much sunlight... my room faces west..... and i keep my curtains closed most of the time....
